No sabemos si la noticia que hemos recibido acerca de la implementación de tecnologías purificadoras de aire se trata de una broma. Pero, si así fuese o así lo hubiésemos sentido, cuanto menos nos hubiese causado gracia. Lo cierto es que, como se vienen dando las cosas, tenemos pocas esperanzas de que esto no sea cierto. Precisamente, el hecho de conocer la cultura y su aplicación material en todo lo que nos rodea actualmente nos hace confirmar estas especulaciones iniciales difundidas en el Internet y dudar que cualquier buena intensión se pueda esconder detrás de ellas.
La ideología que sostienen los tecnócratas para mantener el actual orden de las cosas, en el cual se ven beneficiados económicamente, no puede ser menos desalentadora para quienes vinculamos el desarrollo de nuestras vidas con el desarrollo de la totalidad de la naturaleza, y no algo separado de ella.
Vale añadir que tampoco confiamos en todos aquellos buenos ciudadanos que defienden las mismas posturas antropocentristas y autoritarias. Es decir, la gran masa de consumidores ocupada únicamente en defender todos los intereses impuestos por el sistema y sus representantes. Ninguno de ellos pretende acabar con el progreso industrial, ni con el sistema económico que lo sostiene, por que tampoco quieren desprenderse de todas las pocas o abundantes propiedades que poseen o desean obtener. Y esto tampoco es algo que nos sorprenda mucho.
Para que esto no aparente ser una pataleta de fin de semana y tampoco un extenso discurso, intentaremos sintetizar algunas cosas que pensamos conveniente manifestar. Bueno, en realidad, también es una pataleta algo rabiosa e intentaremos que sea incesante, no sólo para este caso particular, sino hasta lograr sus objetivos anticivilizatorios.
La tecnología no soluciona el problema ecológico, lo empeora.
1. Toda creación de artefactos tecnológicos altera el medio ambiente, sus ciclos naturales y la vida de sus habitantes. Pues para ello es necesario un largo proceso de extracción de minerales y de fabricación industrial, lo que a su vez implica la explotación de cientos de miles de habitantes en centrales mineras y jóvenes encerrados en centros de especialización y domesticación. Unos destruyen la naturaleza por necesidad y otros la artificializan por ambición.
2. El punto uno grafica cual es el punto en común sobre el que giran quienes sostienen el sistema y todo a su alrededor. Las necesidades impuestas por la economía mandan y los humanos obedecen. Cada quien tiene ya un rol establecido en la sociedad, sea quien controla la economía o quien la alimenta en base a trabajo. Todos contribuyen al progreso tecno-industrial que se muestra como negación al “progreso” de todos los seres vivos en conjunto y en constante interrelación. Vivimos el suicidio, y lo sabemos.
3. Luego de las breves reseñas anteriores parecería redundante cuestionarnos ¿Qué es lo que ha generado las actuales condiciones ambientales? Pues es posible que la respuesta, tecnología, se aparezca con rapidez en nuestras conciencias. Entonces, pasamos a preguntar ¿Quiénes controlan los medios tecnológicos? Y la respuesta será: Los mismos que se benefician con ellos económicamente. Los propietarios de industrias, fábricas y empresas se erigen sobre las ruinas del planeta, expandiendo su cultura, sus formas de comerciar la vida.
4. ¿Por qué los “tecno-árboles ecológicos”, “los bio-combustibles”, el reciclaje y las campañas educativas contra el cambio climático son promovidos actualmente? Por que los problemas ecológicos también afectan la economía de los empresarios. Y obviamente, también la vida de todos los seres humanos, y aunque parezca un motivo secundario, no lo es, pues sin productores-consumidores el progreso tecnológico y el desarrollo de la economía no son posibles. Así pues, nosotros, y el resto de la naturaleza, somos reducidos a mediadores para mantener un sistema que nos brinda comodidades que nos están matando.
5. Los programas por la defensa del medio ambiente promovidos por las empresas además de ser absurdos e incoherentes, son productivas campañas de auto-publicidad para que la población confíe ciegamente en ellas. Entonces, el consumo no se reduce, sino que incrementa, por que el consumo basado en el desarrollo sostenible y la planificación educativa son valores aceptados con buenos ojos para las personas, pues sus relaciones, sus compras y dependencias institucionalizadas no se ven afectadas. Se mantienen y reafirman, pues las empresas, de la mano con la tecnología, son la proclamada salvación de la humanidad. Las ventas están aumentando.
6. Las tecnologías de tinte ambientalista son también una nueva fuente de negocio internacional, además que, como todo aquello que está colgado en vitrinas de supermercados, ha causado que la crisis ecológica empeore. Lo cual comprueba que la cultura basada en la posesión de bienes no ha cambiado. Cualquier implemento o propuesta de cambio promovida por instituciones de prestigio global, buscan que sigamos esperando que ellos nos solucionen los problemas que han generado pero que perjudicarán, tarde o temprano, a todos lo seres vivientes; por tanto, que sigamos manteniendo este sistema de producción y consumo de necesidades innecesarias. El cambio no lo van a realizar las instituciones del poder, pues lo que en realidad intentan ellas es eternizar esta forma de vida absurda.
