World Without Sexual Assault: For A Community Response to Sexual Assault

Their new website, different from the one listed in the newspaper, will be http://www.worldwithoutsexualassault.org/ though it is not yet online. World Without also runs a distro at http://www.myspace.com/bottlesandbonesdistro, and they have an email address: worldwithout@lists.aktivix.org
The newspaper has articles on topics like grieving and mourning, myths about sexual assault, restorative justice, consent, and support.

It's over 100 pages of interviews, reflections, and analysis about their history, their experiences, and their effectiveness. A great resource for anyone interested in working on community response to sexual assault outside the prison/court system. Lots of art, too!

It includes info on how to respond to someone who's suicidal, suggestions for those who intervene, and info about advance directives (legal documents that spell out how someone wants to be treated if they're institutionalized and can't speak coherently for themselves).
