In The Land of the Living; Volume 5

In the Land of the Living, a journal of anarcho-primitivism and christiainity, is a collaborative publication drawing out themes of wildness and resistance in the Hebrew-Christian faith. We seek to reclaim the origins of this faith which are firmly rooted in resistance to civilization, with an emphasis on pursuing wildness and anarchy. We are interested in Christianity as resistance, not religion. Not everyone involved with this journal would identify as a christian or as an anarcho-primitivist. This is reflected in the variety of ideas and topics presented.  read more »

For Chaos!, For the Wild!, For the Horde!, a goblincore primer

For Chaos!, a Goblincore Primer-1.jpg

This zine takes the fun, mischief, and playful chaos of everyone's favorite fantasy race- goblins- and mixes these with a bit of light anarcho-theory, blending the two together in a half-joke, half-serious creedo of destruction.

Greenskins of the world unite!

Civilization and its latest Discontents. Review: Against History, Against Leviathan!

Fredy Perlman's influential book Against His-tory, Against Leviathan! expresses the position of the new 'primitivist' current in which the enemy is not capital but progress. Going beyond leftist notions of the basic neutrality of technology is a step in the right direction; but seeing all technology as essentially alienating is a mystification. Since it is itself an expression in theory of a radical setback, primitivism contributes little to the practical problem we all face of overthrowing capitalism.

Fredy Perlman's classic text. Copied it off the Noble Savagery blog @ http://noblesavagery.blogspot.com/ but got it all in a single PDF, paginated it, fixed some typos and grammar and spelling errors. Hope you enjoy it.

Greenwashing and You!, a primer on "green" capitalism

Greenwashing and You! PRINT-1.jpg

This short zine explores the concept of greenwashing, and, more broadly, the idea of green consumerism. Also suggests some less-than-subtle solutions for the problems arising from industrial society.

Man Who Could not be Hanged, The (and other True Incredible Stories from Charles Fort)

Man who could not be hanged - print-1.jpg

Here I've compiled some accounts of the paranormal that may interest anarchists, especially those interested in the power of the mind and the nature of the spirit. I've prefaced them with a short rail against the scientific paradigm inspired and accompanied by Charles Fort, English poet and "the man who invented the supernatural." (Although, of course, the supernatural is simply the natural which is rejected by science!)  read more »

Indwiloq, a green anarchist creation myth and fable

Indwiloq PRINT-1.jpg

This zine is exactly what the title implies, a fable with an undertone of green anarchism that hopefully teaches a very important moral. Written for adults and children alike!
